the Red Rooster, you’ll find an inviting house and
guest wing, built in the rustic-elegant tradition of
19th century European provincial retreats.
Accommodations are private, pretty and quietly
indulgent. Outside the Red Rooster, you’ll step off
a terrace that is as much a room as any inside the
house and stroll down to our double spring-fed ponds
(one stocked with trout, the other with koi), or
venture beyond to the stark and beautiful wilderness
